It is Paris at the beginning of the 20th century. A food-delivery man delivers meals from a restaurant to posh houses on his bicycle. A hungry beggar living next to the restaurant and an increasing number of pigeons will chase up the delivery men through the streets and roofs of the city trying to snatch the dish he's carrying. But is the food they are chasing up worthy of the run?
